 Mr. Honig has been a practicing attorney since 1972. He is admitted to the

Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of the United States, the United

States District Courts and the United States Court of Appeals.


Mr. Honig has been a sole practitioner since 1979. His practice emphasizes

criminal law, trials, and the representation of attorneys in ethical matters. He has

served as Disciplinary Counsel with the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court

of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, he served as an associate in the firm of Goldstein

and Rosenblum, under partners George Goldstein and Robert Rosenblum, Esquire

representing those accused of crime, especially under the drug laws.


Mr. Honig graduated the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of

Science in Economics and received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University

School of Law.


He has served as a Director of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal

Defense Lawyers and is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense

Lawyers. He has served as Director of the Montgomery Bar Association and has

served as Chair of it’s Criminal Defense Committee. He has been an Associate

Professor in the Criminal Justice Department of Montgomery County Community

College and the Katherine Gibbs School. He was a Barrister at the American Inns

of Court.


He has lectured for PACDL, the Montgomery Bar Association, National

Defense Investigators Association, Delaware Law School, Pennsylvania Trial

Lawyers Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Community College of

Philadelphia.
